Your driver’s license is required in order to pick up the vehicle.

For Corporate Renters: Yes, anyone is able to pick up the vehicle as long as they present a valid driver’s license.

For Personal Renters: The name on the driver’s license must match the name on the credit card used for the reservation in order for that person to pick up a vehicle.

No, our only pick-up/drop-off location is at 460 Kingsland Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222.

Yes, you are liable for any tickets and tolls on your rental vehicle. For more information on our toll process, please click here.

Our lots are open 24 hours for corporate returns with advanced notice. Our Brooklyn location is open for personal returns during regular business hours 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

We don’t offer insurance; however, we do offer a collision damage waiver which covers physical damage on the rental vehicle. (Please note that this is not insurance).

We offer a 59 minute grace period for all rental returns.

A late fee of 25% of the daily rate will be applied to your reservation after the 59-minute grace period. A late fee of 50% of the daily rate will be applied to your reservation after two hours. You will be charged for an additional day after three hours.

We do have a lost and found. Please keep in mind that we’re not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Yes, you can change your reservation time. There is no charge or penalty for changing your pickup time or for cancelling your reservation.

No. Unfortunately, personal renters cannot rent cube trucks. For more information about this, please contact us at 212-947-3343.

Edge accepts most major credit cards, ACH debit, and ACH credit. We no longer accept debit cards or P-Cards.

We accept Form ST-119 and Form ST-120. We do not accept Form ST-121.

Personal rentals receive 100 free miles per day.

Additional miles beyond 100 are charged $0.30 per mile, with the exception of the Nissan Sentra, Kia Sportage, and Dodge Grand Caravan. For these three vehicles, additional miles beyond 100 are charged $0.20 per mile.
