Car Rental Company looking for a lot attendant for Afternoon shift:

Must have the following qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Able to park and drive Cube trucks and vans
  • Check vehicles for damage
  • Manipulate vehicles to take advantage of all spaces
  • Greet customers and answer any questions about the vehicles
  • Collect fees from patrons wishing to park
  • Clean debris in the lot
  • Experience working in car rental industry a plus

    Job Functions:

    • • Answer phone calls and emails pertaining to customer rental requests, and amend reservations as needed
    • • Ability to follow instructions
    • • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
    • • Resolve product or service complaints by determining the cause of the problem
    • • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
    • • Stay informed on the latest industry and company information in order to better inform customers
    • • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or face to face
    • • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
    • • Ability to greet customers with warmly and professionally and establish the problem or reason for calling
    • • Cancel or upgrade accounts
    • • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges in a timely manner
